I had one of these on when I initially tested the protector.and it left a horrible black mark. I have the pen nib pack with nibs that emulate 2H to B pencils. This is the biggest one for me, because I'm an artist. I think they might have done this on purpose so you could use it with tight cases, but it looks kind of funny to be honest. Top cutouts are small and really hard to align Also helps the screen pick up my finger movements better This downgrades the screen from blu ray to DVD level. Both look fine, but the blu ray is typically way nicer. I'd say it gives it a bit of a grainy look, but it's not bad- it's like a blue ray vs a DVD. Makes the screen a little bit milky, but not noticably so. Because I'm a broke college student, I'm going to leave it on until I have to change it for one of the reasons below. For my purposes this one isn't ideal, but you can get by with it. It works okay- I actually ordered another screen protector. That said, the anti-glare didn't matter so much to me as the more paper like/matte feeling. I'm a college student and artist that uses my surface pen frequently to take notes and draw. The last one ended up working- and I still have it on my screen right now.
The other was really staticky and got so much dust on it upon removing the protective film that i couldn't use it. I was excited to get three for such a low price- but one of them wasn't sticky on the corner and was unusable. This screen protector is.mediocre in most senses.
